has received on her works and clients encouragement, she has become
a full time artist. She is currently working on several pieces that
will be entered into art competitions across the country. These
works will be displayed in the Gallery. She is also working on gallery

like to view her works in person.
Artist statement:
“My biggest concern while creating each art work is to please
the client and the viewer. I take extreme care to duplicate the
image of the person/s or animal while capturing the personality and character.
I also take it a little further to put a personal style to the drawing
so that it doesn’t take on the look of a photograph. I personally
feel that if you wanted a drawing to look exactly like a photograph
you would have just framed the photograph and put it on the wall.
My personal style is to soften the subject matter, give it a peaceful
glow. I want the finished product to be an image you want to look
at over and over again.
I also design the layout of the drawing with the understanding that
it will be displayed in someone’s home. It is my desire to
make the layout interesting in a decorative sense. It is in my nature
to be a people pleaser so I encourage constructive criticism. I
am thankful that you have taken the time to look at my site. I hope
to work with you in the future. Peace to all!” |
